You can bend more tubes per day on this tube bender when bending single or two bend parts due to the efficiency of loading and unloading your parts. The reduced cycle time and increased output leads to a quicker return on investment.

Due to the simplicity of the control system, you don’t need a highly skilled technician to maintain or run a vertical compression bender.

The model 3000 tube bending machine is a hydraulic powered vertical compression bender intended for production use with a capacity of 2” IPS Schedule 80 mild steel pipe (round).
This microprocessed controlled tube bender allows the operator to program up to 10 bends per part. The two-speed manifold ensures repeatability of the bend angle while the encoder mounted to the wing die spindle monitors the bend angles. Designed for high volume production, the Model 3000 makes a 90 degree bend in 6 second cycle time. Locate the position of the tube by adding a Winton gauging system.
